🎧DEAR THERAPIST meets THE OCEAN SISTERS – speaking about sea salt therapy.⁣

“It’s ok, not to be ok”⁣

✨Who are the @oceansisters_ericeira ? ⁣
What started as a small WhatsApp group of women who just wanted to share their experience and surf together, became the community called Ocean Sisters today. A place for women from all around the world to support and inspire each other. Everything started in summer 2020.⁣

“For me, the water is a peaceful place. It changes my state, and it’s a tool to connect with myself – to chill the f**k up. … For me, the ocean calms me down. There is a thing in the water that changes my energy. But my deeper problems, those things that are family related or friends related or romantic stuff or work stuff – those things, the ocean just takes them away at the moment, but when you are out of the water they are still there.” Jaz, co-founder of the OCEAN SISTERS⁣.

✨This Sunday 12th of June I will release my new PODCAST EPISODE together with the OCEAN SISTERS.
In a talk with @juliamercedeshummel & @jazlevis , the founder of the @oceansisters_ericeira we will speak about the difference between trying to deal by yourself with issues and about sea salt therapy. But also when to get professional help…⁣
🎧STAY TUNED!⁣
